BALTIMORE ORIOLES BENCH COACH VISITS H-90 EDH

H-90 players got a treat on Thursday, February 4 when former Detroit Tiger catcher and current Baltimore Orioles bench coach, Jeff Datz, spoke to the 38 athletes attending the workout at our EDH facility.  Jeff talked about the importance of respecting the game, mentioning he loved the name Hard 90 for a baseball academy since it inspired a mind set about giving one hundred percent at all times.  After speaking, he was kind enough to remain for the duration of the workout, helping instruct our students. Jeff is soon off to spring training but has promised to return after the Major League season to continue his relationship with H-90.  Our warmest thanks go out to Jeff and we hope he and the Orioles have a terrific year!  To add to a great evening, many H-90 athletes remained after the workout to watch Milwaukee Brewers hurler Manny Parra prepare for his upcoming season by throwing a full bullpen at the facility.
