Take advantage of Hard 90 hitting and pitching classes this October. We will be holding two Hitting Classes and two Pitching Classes this October.
The Hitting Classes will be coached by Rick Sundberg and Jon Peters. Both of these coaches have a great baseball backrounds and an even better coaching track record. Take advantage of these classes to improve your overall hitting abilities.
Jon Peters will be every Monday from 7 - 8 PM
Rick Sundbergs class will be the first four Thursdays of October from 6 - 7 PM
The Pitching Classes will be coached by Justin Friend and Matt Hutchins. Use the knowledge these former pitchers have to offer to improve your abilities as a pitcher.
Justin Friend's class will be every Monday from 7 - 8 PM
Matt Hutchins' class will be the first four Thursdays of October from 6 - 7 PM.
Classes are $100.00 for the month, and it is a full month commitment.

Hard 90 Baseball's Fall High School Program is starting September 1st and will run through January 31st. This program is designed to maximize players strength and conditioning while giving them full use of our facility and hitting with a Hard 90 coach 4 days a week.
This program includes:
1. Strength/Conditioning - Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
2. Yoga - Tuesday, Thursday
3. Unlimited facility use for members
4. Instructed Hitting - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
5. Option for double headers if interested

College Baseball Prep is putting on a College Baseball Night in Sacramento. This night will take play at the Mack Powell Event Center on September 14th from 7-9 PM. This will be a great opportunity for young baseball players to get an inside look into what it takes to play at the collegiate an professional level. Guest speakers include Dean Stotz, who was the Associate Head Coach at Stanford for more than 25 years. Also, this evening will feature Paul Cogan, who is the Head Assistant to the GM of the Los Angeles Dodgers and has been involved in professional baseball since the early 1990's spending more than 20 years with the Cleveland Indians before coming to the West Coast to work with the Dodgers. There will be a few other college coaches from the Sacramento area as well to participate in a Q & A session. There is a flyer below for more information as well as a link to buy tickets!
