4 Steps To A Strong Arm This Season
Little League tryouts are right around the corner. In order to make this your #BestSeasonEver, you need to make sure that your arm is ready to go for tryouts. We see too many players every year throw for the first time at their Little League tryouts- this is a recipe for an injury plagued season.
In order to get your arm ready for the season, you need to start a throwing program 4-6 weeks ahead of the tryout. A good throwing routine consists of
1. Dynamic and Static Stretches
2. Jaeger Bands
3. Posture Drills
4. Catch working from a short distance out to long toss and then back into base distance for pull downs.
